In this episode, Daphne is going to have more than two lines! And yes, we’re celebrating. She’s leading the investigation into the attempted murder of her mentor, and that just feels right. This is her stepping up. Her taking control of something that’s personal and professional at the same time. Because let’s be honest, when someone that important to you is attacked, you don’t get to separate feelings from the job.
It’s about time we explored more of Daphne! Plus, Ava is going to her for advice, which we love! Could it have something to do with the plans for her future that we started to glimpse in the previous episode? We’re intrigued!
Over on Selina’s side, she’s questioning the guy who’d been following Morgan. He’s not giving her anything easily. Not surprising. It’s tense, it’s frustrating, and you can tell she’s working for every inch of information. Still, the promo makes it clear she does manage to uncover something.
