Synopsis — what to expect
According to the press release:
“Season five of For All Mankind picks up in the 2010s, years since the Goldilocks asteroid heist. Happy Valley has grown into a thriving colony with thousands of residents and a base for new missions that will take us even further into the solar system. But with the nations of Earth now demanding law and order on the Red Planet, friction continues to build between the people who live on Mars and their former home.”
Cast
We’ve followed many of For All Mankind‘s main characters for decades of their lives. So, who’s back for Season 5? The returning cast includes Joel Kinnaman as Ed Baldwin, Toby Kebbell as Miles Dale, Edi Gathegi as Dev Ayesa, Cynthy Wu as Kelly Baldwin, Coral Peña as Aleida Rosales, and Wrenn Schmidt as Margo Madison.
They will be joined by new series regulars Mireille Enos (The Killing, Hanna), Costa Ronin (The Americans, Homeland), Sean Kaufman (The Summer I Turned Pretty), Ruby Cruz (Bottoms), and Ines Asserson (Royalteen).

For All Mankind Season 5 premieres on Friday, March 27, 2026. One episode will release weekly through May 29. Streaming only on Apple TV.

Yes! For All Mankind has been renewed for Season 6 ahead of the Season 5 premiere. That’s the good news. Bad news? For All Mankind Season 6 will be the final season.
