One Tree Hill was one of our favorite shows. It was always appointment television and something to look forward to. I can’t imagine what it would have been like if my ex showed up on my favorite television show. I would not be able to watch and therefore I would be mad. Turns out Lauren Conrad was mad when it happened to her.
The cast of Laguna Beach has been making the rounds doing press for their 20th anniversary. Conrad was not thrilled when she saw Stephen Colletti walk onto the screen in
“No, I watched One Tree Hill, and then he got on there and I was like, ‘Get off my show. I can’t watch it anymore,’” she shared in a new interview with SiriusXM’s Julia Cunningham.
We had to laugh when she said it, because we understood it.
Stephen added, “I remember I was so pissed off. You would say—I remember I saw a quote somewhere like, ‘Yeah, I used to watch One Tree Hill and then Stephen got on it and ruined it for me.'”
Lauren said sorry and everyone laughed. It would have made us not watch too, so we do get it.
While we do miss Lauren on reality television, we respect that she doesn’t want to be on reality television anymore. We wouldn’t ever want anyone to do that if they didn’t want to.
