Hallmark has announced their cast for the upcoming Holiday Touchdown movie.
Hallmark Media, NFL, and Skydance Sports previously announced that the Chicago Bears have been drafted for Holiday Touchdown: A Bears Love Story, the third all-new original movie in the successful franchise, set to premiere later in 2026 during Hallmark Channel’s 17th annual Countdown to Christmas programming event.
“After the tremendous success of our first two Holiday Touchdown movies, we knew we wanted to continue the tradition by partnering with another iconic NFL franchise and fan base. The Chicago Bears have a rich history, passionate supporters, and a culture that extends far beyond the football field, making them a perfect fit for a heartwarming holiday story,” said Darren Abbott, President, Hallmark Media has said in a statement “We can’t wait for audiences to experience this story and celebrate the passion and spirit that bring Bears fans together.”
The channel took to social media to announce the cast of this seasons movie. Lyndsy Fonseca and Robert Buckley will star in the movie. This years Holiday Touchdown will also feature cameos from Chicago Bears players and local Chicago favorites – to be announced at a later date.
Breaking the news of the casting was Chicago Bears team reporter, Jasmine Baker. The video was filmed at Soldier Field.

Lyndsy will be playing Avery and Robert will be playing Matt. Starring alongside them are Marsha Mason as Darlene, Barbara Alyn Woods as Jody, and Khary Payton as Ron.
