In this episode, Goodwin returns to the trenches as a nurse, ready to put up a fight. Her adversary may have won a battle, but not the war. And while we still don’t fully understand why she lost her job because of Doris, we’re ready to see this new side of Goodwin.
Meanwhile, Frost and Charles are joining forces—a pairing that will hopefully push Frost to finally explore his feelings following Naomi’s departure. Honestly, it’s probably for the best that he’s moved on, rather than dwelling on the past while jumping from one relationship to another.
As for Hannah, she’ll be working alongside Ripley to treat a pregnant patient—a situation that hits close to home, given her own pregnancy. That said, after everything that happened last week, we’re hoping this new case offers her a bit of a breather. The same goes for Ripley. We can’t help but wonder when he’s finally going to reach his breaking point. We can’t wait to see it all unfold!
