‘Supernatural’ Actor Mark Sheppard Says Goodbye to Show

Looks like there’s one demon who won’t be coming back for Season 13 of Supernatural.

Mark Sheppard, known as the nickname giving king of hell, has said his goodbye to Supernatural. On a show where everyone comes back (angels, demons, Lucifer, and long dead parents) many were certain that Crowley would return after his sacrifice to trap Lucifer. But in an Instagram post the star said, “So all my #spnfamily everywhere…my crew and my fellow storytellers…thanks for the ride. Time for something new. Even when I lose…”

The shirt he was wearing finished the phrase, “Even when I lose, I win.” No truer words have been spoken when it comes to the star. He’s a major part of the SPNFamily and will be missed dearly by those who loved his journey. And who knows what may happen down the line. If Bobby can come back for a guest appearance then so can he!

Now all we have to worry about is Castiel’s fate…

Supernatural returns Fall 2017.
