When it comes to comedic relief – that also comes with some great character dynamics – there are no two characters that do it better than Felicity Smoak and Curtis Holt. When they’re together, it’s electric. And that’s as true on screen as it is off screen for the actors that portray them.
We spoke with Arrow stars Emily Bett Rickards and Echo Kellum at San Diego Comic-Con last month, where they did a damn good job avoiding our questions about the fates of their characters. But if there’s anything to be said, Rickards and Kellum were most definitely entertaining in their deflection.
One thing that we did manage to learn from our interview was that not only do Rickards and Kellum have a hilarious dynamic, but they want more scenes together this season.
“We are fighting for that,” Kellum said.
“This is actually the issue,” Rickards laughed. “We get nothing done. But what I have petitioned for, and is written into my contract for the rest of my life, is Echo and I need to be in all scenes together.”
