A ‘Friday Night Lights’ Star Is Heading To “Roswell, New Mexico”

Take me back to yesterday and interviews with the cast of Roswell, New Mexico.

There was so much great Roswell news yesterday and one of our favorite pieces of news? A Friday Night Lights star is heading to New Mexico.

Gaius Charles, has joined the series for Season 2 in a recurring role as Bronson, “a local farmer with a strong moral compass that leads him to see the good in people — and aliens — in a time of great prejudice. Ultimately, his quest to protect those he loves pits him against forces far more powerful than he is.”

We’re stoked for the flashbacks that will occur in the series, as we can’t wait to learn more about the crash landing on earth. What happened when they aliens landed? How did they get captured? Why are they in that jail?

There are so many questions.

Chris Hollier, Executive Producer on Roswell said, “When we were looking at a way to instantly have our audience be invested in a 1947 storyline, we couldn’t think of a better actor than Gaius Charles to create a character to hook into. We feel so lucky that he agreed to come help us tell this lyrical story within a story.”

We’re stoked. Can’t wait to see what happens!
