Fangirlish Best of 2019 Lists: Scenes We Could Watch Over and Over Again

Todd’s Money – El Camino: A Breaking Bad Movie

Jessie Pinkman’s been down on his luck for quite some time now, so it was great in this scene when something finally- finally went in his favor. Aaron Paul was meant for this role, and even though he cooked Meth and did some crazy things, you can’t help but just root for Jessie and his happiness.

Billy says “Sorry” – Stranger Things

Billy was probably even more hated than Season 1 Steve when he was first introduced to Stranger Things, so crying while watching him apologize to El and Max in his last moments was heartbreaking. We didn’t get to see too much of good Billy, but we did learn that he existed. And perhaps, he could have been a great big brother to Max had he been able to stick around.

“Bow Down to Your King”- Lucifer

All hail Netflix for saving this gem! Lucifer has always ran from who he is: The Devil. So watching him return to hell to rule his demons left us sad and confused. Perhaps we need some Linda to understand our emotions- and perhaps we can just count the days until his return.

Dog Kung Fu – John Wick 3

Dogs are cool. Kung Fu is cool. Keanu Reeves is cool. And so is Halle Barry. That’s it. That’s the whole scene.

Highway Scene – Good Boys

A special shout out to the comedy genre! Sometimes, we want to watch something that isn’t heavy and implicated, and this scene takes the cake. The whole movie was a treat, and the kids deserve all the awards- because it made me genuinely laugh. Seeing the insane chaos (and danger!) some kids could get into because of a kiss was so much fun.
