A new season of Queer Eye has dropped on Netflix. But if you’re like me and binged it in a day, there’s more where that came from.
Netflix has launched a new video series called “Fab Friday,” where the Queer Eye hosts — Antoni, Bobby, Jonathan, Karamo and Tan — will be offering some self-care advice every, you guessed it, Friday.
Considering we’re all stuck in quarantine, this video series should provide some motivation and some tips to make our lives a little better.
First up was Karamo Brown, who shared some tips for interpersonal relationships. Then it was Tan France, who shared how to shop your own closet.
Next up, it’s Bobby Berk with some tips on how to create a space in your home that’s for work — and just for work. Basically, only work in your designated workspace, thus providing you some relief from the stress that comes with working from home.
“Keep that space separate, and keep your mind clear,” he says. “Nothing is more important for our mental health than to close that device and focus on our family.”
Given that most of us were forced to work from home for the first time — especially in jobs that is was difficult to do so — this advice is perfect, especially if we’re due a second wave of COVID-19.
Netflix will be unveiling a new “Fab Friday” video every week where another Queer Eye host will have some self-care advice to help us better our lives just a little.
I don’t know about you, but I’ll take as much Queer Eye as I can get!
Queer Eye is now streaming on Netflix.
