Alice in Wonderland is not one of my favorite stories. If anything, it made me fear cats. No joke. I know that it was animation – but that cat was straight up creepy as fuck and terrified me.
So normally I avoid anything that has to do with the story. But when Sabrina Carpenter is going to be in a modern day retelling, I have to reconsider what I am thinking.
The Netflix will be based classic Lewis Carroll story, and the modern-day musical will be set against the backdrop of a music festival called “Wonderland.” I am pretty sure that means there won’t be a psycho cat.
Look, I love the Cinderella Story franchise and maybe this will be the same thing. I will be like WTF and then be like oooh give me more.
