Have to admit that I never watched Psych, though I know several friends that did and loved it. But The Wonder Years, I was all over that. Loved the show.
The reboot of The Wonder Years is coming and we’re not mad about it. Dule Hill, who starred in Psych, has joined the cast of the reboot. He will star as the family patriarch, Bill Williams, in the upcoming series reboot.
The reboot will take place in, “1968 Montgomery, Alabama, as the middle-class Williams family tries to make sure these are the Wonder Years for them, too. Dean, an inquisitive and hopeful 12-year-old, is trying to figure out his place within his Black family and the world at large, while coming of age in a turbulent time.”
According to Variety, Bill is, “music professor by day and a funk musician by night – described by Adult Dean as “The baddest guy I knew.” Almost always calm and composed, his favorite words are “be cool.” Bill wants his family and their black, middle class neighborhood to remain self-sufficient and he puts his money where his mouth is.”
