With details of Prince Philip‘s funeral arrangements being released, a lot of the world is asking the same question – will Prince Harry and Meghan Markle be attending the funeral?
The two have lived in California since stepping down as senior royals and with Covid, along with Meghan being pregnant, the answer has been up in the air.Â
Until now.
It has been confirmed that Prince Harry will be flying to the UK to be with his family during this difficult time. He will be “following COVID-19 protocols for travel.” However, it has also been confirmed that Meghan will be unable to attend.Â
We must all remember that Meghan is pregnant and according to royal insider, Omid Scobie, “The Duchess has made every effort to travel alongside The Duke, but unfortunately, she did not receive medical clearance from her physician.”
The funeral will take place on Saturday, April 17 at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. Expected that 30 people in attendance (in accordance with the British government’s pandemic guidelines) for the funeral, which will be family and close personal friends.Â
