Addison Rae has been under a lot of scrutiny for years – that is part of what comes with fame. It’s not a fair thing, it’s not always right. Celebrities are just people doing a job that gets a ton of attention.
The TikTok star was cast in her first acting roll in He’s All That, which is streaming now on Netflix. In an interview with Variety, she was asked about where she was when she found out she got the role.
“When I got the role, I was crying in the car hysterically and really just excited to show the world more of what I love to do and continue chasing the dreams that I’ve had since I was a little girl,” she said.
“It’s definitely gonna be hard to prove to people how passionate and how much love I have for acting,” she added. “There’s a lot of weight that comes on with that, but it’s something that I’m willing to take on and show people that this is truly who I am and what I love to do.”
I couldn’t imagine being Addison and having to live out your life in front of the world. For them all to judge you.
But if you’ve seen He’s All That you know that Addison is taking on this role with everything that she is and isn’t will doing to do anything half assed.
