When Selena + Chef premiered during the beginning of the pandemic, we have to admit we weren’t too sure what it would be like. But the truth is, it has become a show that we love and we admire.
Now, we still can’t cook, but do love to watch it regardless. It’s a fun show and makes you feel like your cooking skills can improve if you keep at it. And hey, it is fun to try and cook along and see what you can come up with.
But I would like to say, I still can’t chop an onion, no matter how many times I watch. But practice makes perfect and if all else fails, you can get them precut at the store.
Selena has cooked with some pretty famous chefs. The four shows that dropped today (November 11th) have her cooking with Jamie Oliver, Sophia Roe, Esther Choi and Gabe Kennedy.
“I am looking forward to another season of being in the kitchen with some of the world’s best chefs,” Selena said in a statement. “Hopefully, my skills have improved. More importantly, we’ve been able to raise money for incredible charitable organizations.”
Selena + Chef has raised over $400,000 for 26 charity organizations.
“We are thrilled to continue this delicious series for season four and even more excited to take it to a new setting,” added Jennifer O’Connell, Executive Vice President, Non-Fiction and Live-Action Family, HBO Max. “The beach vibes will absolutely take it to the next level and we can’t wait to see what recipes Selena and the chefs cook up next!”
We can’t wait to see Season 4! Seasons 1-3 are streaming now on HBO Max.
