Christmas comes to Outlander! Yesterday, STARZ celebrated Christmas with a fluffy, sweet, and sensual clip from Outlander season 6 with Jamie and Claire in the center. And we love it! Ready?
Here we go!
As you can see, the clip is very sweet…and also very sexy in a calm way. From what the clip shows us, Jamie just accepted Tom Christie and his family at the Ridge, although he’s not sure it’s the right thing to do, he gave all those men his word and Jamie always keeps his word.
As always, Claire is with him, right next to him, the two of them leaning on each other. The Christie family may give them trouble but they will face it…together. It’s at that moment, looking into Claire’s eyes, seeing reflected the love they feel for each other, that Jamie makes a spontaneous confession to her about the time they were apart – something very cruel and we will never forgive Diana for that.
As an unspoken pact, after they met again and caught up, they don’t talk about the time they spent apart. They were dark, gloomy days, full of suffering…moments in which none of them were complete. But now, in the privacy of their cabin, with the fire in the background and the love reflected in their eyes, it seems the right time to make an unexpected confession. Jamie can’t help it, just like he can’t help but kiss her ring or look at her with all the love and devotion he feels.
Tom’s wife died and she was no longer with him but Jamie…he always felt her next to him, he saw her, dreaming of her in the future, he felt her right there, even in the darkest moments. She’s his heart and your heart never leaves you. She’s like an angel, she always was.
Claire is as moved as we are by this confession. That’s why she reaches out to him… she’s not exactly an angel but she feels the same for Jamie, he…he’s also her heart.
Claire then walks up to him, ready to show him how much she needs him…and we just hope Outlander doesn’t repeat another fade to black. Please and thank you.
