If you slept on Upload, we suggest that you go back and rewatch the first season, because it is really good.
Upload tells the story of Nathan (Robbie Amell), who died early in life and was “uploaded” into the afterlife, where he has a live customer service rep, Nora (Andy Allo), who he develops a close relationship with. However, what happens is so much more complicated because well, that’s life. Complicated.
Upload feels like a mix of a love story and intense drama. It’s innovative and unlike anything we’ve seen before.
But if you haven’t seen the first season, Amazon Prime has released a recap video making it easy for you to get the gist of what has happened in the series.
In the second season of the hit Amazon show, “Nathan (Amell) is at a crossroads in his (after) life. His ex-girlfriend Ingrid (Edwards) has unexpectedly arrived to Lakeview, hoping to strengthen their relationship, but his heart still secretly yearns for his customer service angel Nora (Allo). Meanwhile, Nora is off the grid and involved with the anti-tech rebel group ‘The Ludds.’” The upcoming episodes will also introduce “Lakeview’s newest in-app digital baby program called ‘prototykes,’ and other satirical glimpses of the technological advances and headaches to come.”
The news of the premiere date came via social media. March 11th is a day we are definitely counting down to.
