Well, we’ll always be ones to hop on any Lizzie McGuire news, because she will always be a character that had a large influence on our lives. We love her.
And we’re still pissed that Disney Plus pulled the plug on the reboot of the show. That being said, we’re happy that we have Lizzie McGuire star Hilary Duff in How I Met Your Father, so we’re keeping complaints a little low for now.
But have we ruled out that we would want another shot at a Lizzie McGuire reboot. And it turns out that it’s not a question that only we have. While talking to The Cut, she was asked if there is the possibility of another chance at the reboot.
“I don’t love to talk about this, because the internet seems to explode whenever Lizzie stuff is brought up,” Duff said.
We mean, that’s a good thing. Why? Because it means that people care, but we also get that has to be kind of annoying for people whose name is mentioned every five seconds.
She did say that there was the possibility of another chance, “I think there’s always a possibility there. And even if she’s 40, I don’t think people care.”
We don’t care – as long as we get more Lizzie McGuire in our lives.
