We are all for time traveling shows, though we do say if there is going to be one, we would definitely have preferred that it be Timeless. No offense to the cast and crew of Quantum Leap.
The network has picked up the reboot of Quantum Leap and given it a series order. We remember the 1990’s version, with Scott Bakula, and it was decent. We’re not as against this reboot, but we’ll be interested to see how it plays out.

In the series, it has been thirty years since Dr. Sam Beckett stepped into the Quantum Leap accelerator, and well, disappeared. Now a new team is studying it and trying to figure out what happened, the mysteries of the accelerator, and everything that they can find out about the man who created it.
Restarting a project is never easy, so we’ll be interested to see how this team does.
