Chris Hemsworth is doing the most in the official trailer for the Netflix movie Spiderhead. It tells the story of a brilliant visionary, played by Hemsworth, who experiments on his subjects with mind-altering drugs. This all happens at a state-of-the-art penitentiary called Spiderhead. And from what we’ve gauged from the trailer, they’ll do anything to get results and make “the world a better place.”
He’s not alone in this wild adventure.
Miles Teller and Jurnee Smollett play two inmates who form a connection while at Spiderhead. They are both struggling with their pasts and everything that got them to this place. And while they look like they agree (or agree as much as they can because they have no other choice) in the beginning, cracks start to appear the more we see in the trailer.
When the fighting and the blood appear though…that’s when you know this project has really gone off the rails.
