Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you know that House Of The Dragon has been one of the most anticipated television series in a long time. The prequel to Game of Thrones has been all that anyone can talk about, including us.
After all, Game of Thrones didn’t end the way we needed it to, so is there any surprise that we all needed more?
The answer is no.
We’ve been wondering how the lives of the stars have changed and their lives before, because well, lets be honest – everyone wanted to know everything about them, even before the series premiere.
Milly Alcock, who plays a young Rhaenyra Targaryan in the series, is one of those stars. She spoke to Stellar and talked about her role, but also what her life was like before she got the role.
“I never thought this would happen to me,” Milly told the outlet about her life before getting the role. “I was washing dishes in a restaurant, living in my mum’s attic. This doesn’t happen to people like me, so it was incredibly quick.”
The actress talked about when she found out that she got the role. She was cooking dinner at a friends house (we wonder if she remembers what she was cooking) when her agent called, “I froze, and took a deep breath and said to my friend, ‘Do you have wine?’ Then I called my mum.”
We can’t even imagine her excitement. All we know is that she is fantastic in the role. House of the Dragon airs Sunday nights on HBO.
