Love is Blind season 3 tests what it means to fall in love. Do looks, money, and other things matter when it comes to matters of the heart? Or can you fall in love with someone sight unseen? Again, we are watching a bunch of hopefuls navigate these questions in season 3 of the series. And since we can’t control selves, here is our breakdown of episodes 8-10!
If you want to check out our thoughts on episodes 1-4, click here. Oh, and don’t forget episodes 5-7. Check them out here!
1. What would you say to get Colleen to dump Matt? Same thing for Nancy with Bartise and Zanab with Cole? Because sorry, not sorry, all three are either jealous, childish, or call women bipolar.
Lizzie: To Collen, I’d just say she deserves a man who actually wants to be with her more than he wants to hang onto his issues. Sure, Matt was hurt before, but if he came into this I would have hoped it was because he was ready to move on. Instead, he’s let his fears rule him, and though yes, that conversation Colleen and Cole had wasn’t good, Colleen immediately went to Matt and told him all of it. That means something. She wasn’t going behind Matt’s back, and she respected him enough to tell him about it. So yeah, you deserve someone who’s going to choose to fight for you, Colleen, especially as you’re choosing to fight for him.
As for Nancy, girl, you are not here to gain a child. And that’s what Bartise is, a child. A child you’re gonna have to teach about the world, not a partner. And this isn’t even about his physical age, but mentally, he’s just not ready to be the man you deserve. And he’s gonna cheat on you with someone who “looks” more like his ideal, because “looks do matter.”
Finally, Zanab, run the hell away from a toxic man who will always be comparing you to someone else and pretending to joke as he criticizes you — instead of celebrating who you are. He is also a child, but he’s even worse than Bartise, because he has never, at any point in this experiment, made you feel like you were his real choice, instead of the one he got saddled with.
Lyra: To every woman in Love is Blind season 3, run. As fast as you can. Unite with the women, be baddies, start a podcast, and rid yourself of the garbage that are these men. Well except Brennon. I especially think that Colleen and Nancy to dump these men, especially because one is a boy and not a man, and the other (Nick) is absolutely terrifying when you think of a man like that in real life. Red flags ladies. They’re there. And there will be plenty of people sliding into your DM’s or worshipping the very ground you walk on.

2. Are Alexa and Brennon still your number one? What does it mean that he’s willing to learn about her community? What about that fanvid of their love?
Lizzie: Alexa and Brennon are absolutely my number one. In fact, I think at this point they might even have Cameron and Lauren beat, big words, I know, but there’s something about them that just works. I think the editing hasn’t been as kind to Alexa as it has to Brennon, but I also see where she comes from, a sarcastic family that isn’t used to wearing their hearts on their sleeves, and then there’s Alexa …finding a man who loves her for who she is, who isn’t scared to say it out loud, and it’s …beautiful. Give her a few months with Brennon and I’m sure she’ll feel more confident in the fact that she’s loved and be able to open up more.
And as for Brennon …he’s the only man with rights on this show. He has done everything right, at every point, and it’s refreshing to see that he truly did what he said he would — love her no matter what because he fell in love with who she was on the inside. And that means accepting all that she is. Look, I got FEELINGS, okay? Let me go rewatch that fanvid of them.
Lyra: Not gonna lie, that fanvid of Alexa and Brennon’s love was cute…but kind of boring. But boring is good. They have no drama and that’s good. Leading to a couple who are most likely going to last and still be together when the Love is Blind reunion comes around. Here’s hoping that reunion gives us more Alexa’s feelings toward Brennon. Cuz I get how Brennon feels but not her so much. But maybe we haven’t seen her love language yet?

3. On a scale of 1 to 10, with 1 being ‘eh I’m ok with it’ and 10 being ‘WE RIDE AT DAWN!,’ how upset are you that SK said “no” to Raven? Was it the right decision?
Lizzie: I found myself actually really sad for her — and honestly, I hope these two crazy kids can make it work in the future. Maybe the long-distance thing was a lot, but man …I think SK got it wrong. I think Raven truly does care and is willing to put in the work. In fact, I actually feel like these two truly love each other and could make it work. Who would have thought I’d be rooting for them?
Lyra: At first, I wasn’t sold on Raven and SK. But in episodes 8-10 I was sold. I saw the potential of the bond between them. I was hoping that they would say “yes” even though I knew they wouldn’t be a great match, especially with SK having to go away for school and Raven not wanting to uproot her life for a man she just met. But if you’re marrying, you should be willing to make sacrifices. Even then, I felt for Raven and kind of wished for SK to say “yes.” She put herself out there and maybe they’ll end together in the reunion? Crazier things have happened on TV so maybe?

4. How quickly could’ve problems been solved if the Love is Blind season 3 women hung out and talked?
Lizzie: If this is my favorite season of Love is Blind so far, it’s mostly because it feels like this season the women are actually all on each other’s sides. Despite the men being messy, the women seem to have each other’s backs. Like, even Colleen and Zanab, despite the mess with Cole. So, honestly, if they let the women be in charge, everything would have been fixed after one weekend. Not even because they’d need the entire weekend, but they’d take it just to spend time together and chill.
Lyra: I’m with Lizzie on this one. If the women were to get together, everything would be solved and over within a couple of episodes. Colleen would have the support she needs to leave Matt and Nancy would’ve never made it down the aisle with Bartise. And Alexa would’ve hooked up Raven with someone local that would click with her the way she wants.

5. Will Bartise say “yes” to Nancy?
Lizzie: He’s gonna say no and I hope he gets punched in the face, not by Nancy’s brother, but by Nancy herself. But you know what, good that he is. GOOD. You deserve better, Nancy. I hope you see that.
Lyra: Hell no. There’s no way that Bartise, who is going the way of Shake from Season 2, will say “yes” to this goddess. And I hope Nancy’s brother confronts him too. Let’s go!

Love is Blind season 3 episodes 8-10 are available on Netflix.
