In this message, he not only let us know that he didn’t like how the news about the cancellation of Fate: The Winx Saga had come to light but also promised us that there was much to come for Winx Club. Specifically, Straffi announced a new reboot of the Winx cartoon series and a Winx movie! Yes, you read that right, a Winx movie! And we assume that is real action one.
Straffi also mentions that this movie is a long-standing dream that is just beginning to come true. The writer takes the opportunity to thank the fans for all the support of Winx Club for twenty years. Below, you can read Straffi’s post.
From what the writer mentioned, it seemed like Netflix’s cancellation of Fate: The Winx Saga had been a necessary evil for all new Winx Club projects to come to fruition. However, Straffi wanted to clarify that this wasn’t the case and that the decision to continue or not with Fate: The Winx Saga only corresponded to Netflix.
It seems that the streaming service has already made the decision but, as we mentioned, many shows were saved thanks to the joint efforts of the fans. Fate: The Winx Saga fandom not only organized to shout SAVE FATE: THE WINX SAGA on social media, but they also created a petition that counts more than 73,000 signatures and you can add yours here.
