We have some new news about Fate: The Winx Saga season 3 but it is not the news that we would like. Netflix canceled the show after two seasons. It’s time to take a moment to cry for our favorite show while gaining momentum and fighting for its return. Ready?
Here we go!
The news broke in the early hours of the morning when Brian Young, producer of Fate: The Winx Saga, announced the cancellation through a post on Instagram. The news spread like wildfire and immediately after the announcement, both fans and different media echoed the news. And the actors began to say goodbye to the show and the fans.
Fans were quick to show their outrage and anger at the cancellation, and not without reason. The two seasons of Fate: The Winx Saga quickly became a mass phenomenon. Both seasons were in the first numbers of the world’s top 10 in almost all countries for several weeks.
All this success is due to the fans because the Netflix promotion was conspicuous by its absence in both seasons, especially in the second. This makes the cancellation even more painful for fans since they single-handedly managed to make the show a success…only for it to be canceled by Netflix after just two seasons.
Fate: The Winx Saga has a lot to give us. Although some plots of the show were closed at the end of season 2, most were left pending. Thus, the end was a new paragraph but in no way a full stop.
Season 3 of the show should have told us about Bloom’s encounter with her past, her return to Alfea, and her reconciliation with Sky. In addition to the appearance of the Trix, the control of Musa’s powers and her transformation into a fairy, as well as the transformation of Flora, the possible return of Bellatrix, and the development of Terra’s new relationship.
Of course, we don’t forget Rivusa. Just when they were about to develop that relationship and become a little more attached to cartoons, the show is canceled. And it hurts like hell. Because there are so many possibilities here that will never come true…
But if the fandom is something, it’s a fighter. So shortly after the shock of the news, fans came together to create the SAVE FATE THE WINX SAGA campaign. Many series were saved thanks to similar campaigns organized for fans, the biggest example being Lucifer. Who knows if this will be the case for Fate: The Winx Saga.
From here, we support this campaign and we don’t lose hope of seeing everything that Fate: The Winx Saga season 3 can give us.
Fate: The Winx Saga is available to watch on Netflix.
I wish it was just a nightmare😭
Same! 😭😭
