Here we go!
Valentine’s Lessons in The Rookie: Feds 1×16 “For Love and Money”

Love comes to The Rookie: Feds 1×16 “For Love and Money” to revolutionize everything. Although things work out in the end, reusing a date with your ex is not the best idea. Simone was wrong with her advice this time and Carter learns the hard way.
We mean, we understand that it seems like a perfect opportunity if, like in Carter’s case, you’ve been unromantic and didn’t set anything up, but it’s never a good idea to mix a past relationship with a new one.
That oversight nearly cost Carter his barely beginning relationship with Fortune in The Rookie: Feds 1×16 “For Love and Money.” In the end, she just wanted to be sure that she wasn’t just Carter’s main course, a patch to cover the wound in his heart, but that she was someone truly important to him.
To prove that to her, Carter didn’t need dinner at an expensive place, just to be himself and open his heart to her, despite his fear of having it broken again. And Fortune loved that he did it.
Although Valentine’s Day Seems Like Any Other Day…It Is Not

Another lesson that The Rookie: Feds 1×16 “For Love and Money” teaches us is that although we all say that Valentine’s Day is not important, it is important. Laura was talking herself out of expecting anything because Valentine’s is just another day gone ridiculously commercial…and she has a point here.
But the real point of the day is to know that that special person remembers you and that you are important to them. That’s why Laura was happy that her boyfriend had such romantic and well-thought-out details.
Something similar happens to Antoinette in The Rookie: Feds 1×16 “For Love and Money.” Brendon was trying too hard to make the day ordinary…and she needed romance. But what we like the most about this is that they communicated and that’s perfect. Communication is the basis of everything and we didn’t see any unnecessary or forced obstacles.
Simone, for her part, gets carried away by something new with someone unexpected… and we’re in!
Other Stuff in The Rookie: Feds 1×16 “For Love and Money”

- It’s sad for a daughter to know that it is not her father’s priority.
- Garza has been played and no one could avoid it…
- Although this will cause problems later.
- Do we have big bad for the season? My money is on yes.
