In The Rookie 5×17 “The Enemy Within” Elijah Stone takes the main focus again — which we still don’t like too much — but, this time, April accompanies him, since both villains recently teamed up to go against their common enemy: Angela and Wesley. We just hope that this time, it will be the end of Elijah once and for all.
On the other hand, it seems that Celina was right to follow her instincts and there is something that doesn’t add up in the investigation of her sister’s case. Celina, along with Nolan, will investigate a new lead in The Rookie 5×17 “The Enemy Within.” We can’t wait to see what they find out! Celina, her sister, and her entire family deserve justice and closure.
The promo for The Rookie 5×17 “The Enemy Within” indicates that it’s a crossover with The Rookie: Feds. However, the synopsis of both episodes is different. So between that and the fact that the network has already shown that it doesn’t know exactly what a crossover is, we are cautious about this. Everything seems to indicate that The Rookie will start the case and Feds will finish it.
Again and not to lose the habit, ABC has not released any photos of the episode yet. However, we will update the post if the network publishes any photos before the episode.
Now that Elijah and Abril have become allies, the team must rely on Monica, Elijah’s lawyer, to uncover their plans. Meanwhile, Officers Nolan and Juarez reopen her sister’s case and discover a discrepancy that leads them on a new trail.
