Well, every single time that I think that I am out, I am pulled back in. Ok, not that I was ever out because lets face it, Disney is now and will forever be in my blood. Disney+ is and will always probably have a piece of my heart.
And my checking account. Or credit card. We’ll see whatever fits the bill.
Now they’ve made me even more excited for maintaining a relationship with them (which sadly is one of my longest relationships). Why? Because they have an Ed Sheeran docuseries coming and well, I have a thing for the red headed crooner.
And yes, I am being PG, because I respect he’s a married man.
Ed Sheeran: The Sum of It All, is broken into four parts: Love, Loss, Balance and Life.
The docuseries will be the closest inside look ever at his life; an examination of his highs and lows, good and bad, and the news that changed his life.
“I’ve always been very guarded in my personal and private life; the only documentary I’ve ever made has been one that focused on my songwriting,” said Sheeran. “Disney approached me to make a four-part documentary, and it felt like the right time to open the door and let people in. I hope people enjoy it.”
“Everyone in the world knows and loves Ed Sheeran’s songs, as he has been the soundtrack to so many moments of our lives,” Executive Producers Ben Winston and Ben Turner said in a joint statement. “But this series of films shows the true man behind the hits, showing Ed in an entirely different way after a tumultuous year personally and professionally. This four-part series has been an honor for us to make.”
The series is set for a global debut May 3 on Disney+ and we know we’ll definitely be watching. Will you?
