We watch a lot of TV! In case all the reviews, interviews, news, and features didn’t give you a clue (wink, wink), we’ve decided to come together once a week to highlight all those great moments that our favorite shows give us throughout the week. On these Fangirlish Feels of the Week, there are five categories and many thoughts! Ready?
Here we go!
Badass Character of the Week

Ashley T.: I’ve got to go with my guy Nate Shelley from Ted Lasso again this week. I was expecting Rupert to have fired him, but the fact that Nate quit all on his own, shows real courage on his part. Nate is finally developing a backbone of his own and I’m so proud of him.
Shana: My girl Natalie in Yellowjackets, facing certain death and demanding Shauna look her in the face if she was gonna do it. The fact that we knew she’d be (physically) ok, given the modern-day timeline didn’t even take anything at all away from this moment, which is a huge testament to the acting and directing.
OTP of the Week

Shana: I mean…Do I even need to say it? A picture is worth 1000 words or whatever.
Raquel: I know the Chicago Fire is not having a good time when it comes to ships but Brettsey and Stellaride will always be OTPs for me, no matter what. I said what I said.
Lyra: Roy and Jaime on Ted Lasso were the perfect BROTP. Jaime actually came and brought a present for Uncle’s Day. And not just a random gift. It was a thoughtful gift specifically meant to make fun of Roy but also show him that he is cared for. Also, there’s the whole Jaime acting all shy and like his present was nothing. It was everything.
Moment that made you collapse into a puddle of FEELS

Ashley T.: I love Roy owning his mess in this week’s Ted Lasso. I also love that the apology he gave Keeley was sincere. It was given without the expectation that she would get back together with him. It was given because it was the right thing to do, and he needed to do it. People doing the right thing simply because it is the right thing to do always gives me the big feels!
Amanda: I know I’m not the only Asian American who cried when Dae’s dad gave him slices of the expensive pears in the chuseok episode of XO, Kitty. His dad was originally angry at Dae for buying such expensive fruits for the holiday even though they were his late mom’s favorite. So when he agreed that Dae is a good son and then extended the plate of pear slices to him, I lost it. There’s just something about Asian parents giving their kids sliced fruit. If you know, you know.
Shana: Jamie Whelan’s dad putting his hand on his face and the emotion from both of them in that moment…no. And Rick Gonzelaz as Reyes, when we cut to him…Just. Ouch. Make it go away.
Quote of the Week

Ashley T.: “Because I would hate for all of those little kids and grown-ups out there to ever lose access to that beautiful, passionate part of themselves.” – Rebecca Welton, Ted Lasso.
Amanda: “Whatever pan or fluid is, thank God you’re healthy!” – Dan Covey to Kitty in XO, Kitty.
Ashley W.: “What?! You mean a straight man doesn’t want to talk about his feelings?!” – Q to Kitty in XO, Kitty.
Shana: “Guess you’re stuck with me.” Yeah, Elliot. She is. Always has been, always will be…and same goes for us. We’re stuck with you two overgrown children, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.
WTF Moment of the Week
Rachel: I have to go with the revelation that Mason and Nadia have a daughter on Citadel. Like…ummm…WHUT??? But everything else on this spy drama has been so heightened, I guess it actually shouldn’t be that surprising. However, I do think this type of surprise adds a level of emotional stakes I was not expecting.
Shana: The entire Jamie situation on Organized Crime. No. Just…no. It hurt, it came out of nowhere, we had to see the absolutely ridiculous image of the loser killer skewering himself after — only to survive and get a bunch more focus, and that doesn’t even cover all of it. How about the ableism? Or not knowing if it was Jamie’s own father or Reyes who pulled the plug? And why…why have him survive, just to go there with it anyway? While we’re at it, what’s with the random “I love you”???? Mess.
…and, not for nothing, but where’s the “really good gin” supply coming from now?
Justice for Mini Stabler, for the team, and for every single viewer who fell in love with this guy this season. Whatever the behind the scenes/casting reasons were, there had to have been a much, much better way.
Liv: The whole Chelsea and Bre argument on Selling Sunset. I get Chelsea’s intrigue at the whole Nick Cannon situation and wanting to ask questions but it just got too much. It also felt unnecessary for the narrative to run for the whole season. Also Nicole Young considered filing a defamation lawsuit against Chrishell for saying she takes drugs was a lot for reality TV.
