To be fair, we’ve been in love since Strange Planet was just a little comic strip we followed on Instagram, so seeing it now as a show on Apple TV+ feels like it’s just taking our obsession to another level. And we’re all about taking our obsessions to another level around here.
We’re also all about the people involved in our obsessions being paid fairly for the work they do in entertaining us, making us feel, teaching us, and altogether making our lives better. Let us be clear on that. So we fully support SAG-AFTRA and the WGA.
It’d be nice if the studios paid people fairly so we could just go back to talking about the entertainment. But until they do, we have to talk about both even as we present the entertainment.
