Chicago Fire 12×05 “On The Hook” promises to shed some light on Gibson’s past, and honestly, it was about time. The show had already dropped some hints, and he’s just too pretty to not have deep dark secrets. That’s just the way it is.
The episode will also give Violet and Brett some more focus, which makes sense considering Brett is leaving soon and Chicago Fire seems determined to give her a decent amount of screen time before she departs. And though it’ll have no Severide — it does seem to have a decent amount of our best girl Stella, and it’s leading into Severide’s return, so we’ll take it.

Wait do you mean that Stella screen time is not worth without Kelly? Shipping is funny but come on be better talking about female characters on a franchise that more times than it should only give screen time to women when involve romantic stories
I mean nothing of the sort and anyone that has followed my coverage of the show knows I am a Stella Kidd fan first, second and third, and that I’m always championing the women of One Chicago — and female characters in general.
You mean there is not even a glimpse of Kelly on this episode?? We as Fire watchers should at the very least see him get on the plane to come home or walk into the apartment to Stella‼️‼️
