Heartstopper season 3 is one step closer to finally being here as the Netflix show dropped the episode titles for the upcoming season.
The titles are as follows:
- Episode 1 “Love”
- Episode 2 “Home”
- Episode 3 “Talk”
- Episode 4 “Journey”
- Episode 5 “Winter”
- Episode 6 “Body”
- Episode 7 “Together”
- Episode 8 “Apart”
Netflix debuted the episode titles alongside new images from season 3. Even though it’s just a couple photos in this episode collage, it does clue into what we can expect. We get to see Darragh Hand, who plays Michael Holden aka a protagonist from creator Alice Oseman’s first graphic novel Soltaire. He’s hanging out with Isaac and in Oseman’s novels, Michael is a love interest for Charlie’s older sister, Tori (Jenny Walser). Which, it feels like we’re finally going to get more of Tori outside of her being the protective older sister.
There’s a cute scene that shows Elle and Tao cuddling, showing that no matter where these two go, their connection is strong and growing. We also get to see Charlie and Nick spending time together as a couple but also with friends and as individuals. It proves that this show continues to value individual journeys and friendships just as much as romantic ones, setting them apart from a lot of teen shows.

Besides the images above, Netflix also dropped a bunch of other photos showing our favorites at school, on holiday, dancing, or getting really close. We even get some cute scenes showing Tara and Darcy almost kissing and hanging out, cementing that this relationship is still going to be a part of the ever-growing story of Heartstopper.

All of this comes after Netflix released a video on May 13th showing Charlie nervously confessing his love to Nick in a mirror. It ties to the season 2 finale where Charlie felt like he was on the brink of telling Nick how much he cares for him. He’s interrupted by his sister Tori, who supports Charlie and seriously side-eyes him at the thought of Nick not feeling the same way. She (and the audience) know that Nick loves Charlie.
As Tori tells Charlie to tell Nick today, Billie Eilish’s “Birds of a Feather” plays in the background. It’s from her new album Hit Me Hard and Soft, set to release on May 17, 2024. From what we’re hearing, Eilish is singing about loving someone to the end of their life. And as Charlie runs down the stairs to greet Nick, it becomes clear when they look at each other that there is love there. But it’s not going to be easy.
