One of the best romantic comedies that has ever been made is Step It Up. The Netflix movie featured Zoey Deutch and Glen Powell, who had amazing chemistry on the screen. Don’t know about you, but we’ve been waiting for more with the two of them.
Then again, we know that they’ve been super busy.
Zoey has been busy in New York working on the play Our Town (which we can’t wait to see) and has been doing some press for the play. People asked her about Powell’s success in other movies/romantic comedies and she playfully said, “Stop cheating on me, Glen!”
We had to laugh, because though we’ve kinda felt the same way about Powell in other romantic comedies, we’ve also been like keep cheating Glen! Why? Because he has such great chemistry with so many different actresses.
Sydney Sweeney, Adria Arjona and Daisy Edgar-Jones are a few other actresses that have had such amazing on screen chemistry with Powell.
Zoey did continue, “No, I’m extremely, extremely happy for him. And I know this has been said, but there is no one in this business who deserves it more than him.”
She echoed the so many people who have worked with Powell saying that he “works so hard” and “he is so kind to everyone.”
She finished off by saying, “I’m just very happy for him.”
