The Last Day is produced by Lucie Elwes, Rose, Mason Plotts, Pamela Koffler and Christine Vachon of Killer Films, the production company behind May December, as well as David Kaplan of Kaplan Morrison. Maja Hoffmann and Lucas Hoffmann of Luma Projects serve as executive producers.
