Wizards Beyond Waverly Place has been an experience. It’s definitely been something different, but we’re engaged. We love it and yes, part of that may be for nostalgia. We don’t care about the reasons, we just know we’re watching.
We do know that part of that reason that we’re watching is because of Selena Gomez. We’re fans and we loved her as Alex Russo in The Wizards of Waverly Place. So far she’s only been in the pilot episode of Wizards Beyond Waverly Place, but the actress confirmed she’ll be in another one.
The actress took to her Instagram stories, posting the script title pages for episode twenty-one.
“Hope you guys have been watching on Disney+ cause….” she wrote.
But it wouldn’t be the only thing she posted. She also posted several behind the scenes photos from the filming of the episode.
“NOTHING will ever beat making little kids laugh… thank you @disneywizardsseries for making the little girl in me so happy!! Hope you guys watch!! 💜🪄,” Selena captioned a set of photos from filming the episode on November 15th.
