2025 is going to start off with a gift from Hallmark and we’re definitely not complaining. Variety announced today that season 3 of the Hallmark Channel series, The Way Home, will premiere on January 2, 2025.
Cancelling all of our plans because we’re going to watch this the moment it comes out.
There is a catch to this news. It will premiere on Hallmark+ and will not make it to the Hallmark Channel until fall 2025.
According to Variety, season three will pick up right where season two left off. They said, “Kat (Chyler Leigh) and her brother Jacob (Spencer Macpherson) set to walk home into the Landry home where they’ll reveal their time traveling to Del (Andie MacDowell). There will also be a new era this season as Kat and Alice (Sadie Laflamme-Snow) will transport to 1974, the year Del and Colton (Jefferson Brown) first met as teens. Meanwhile, Alice will meet a young girl, Evelyn Goodwin, but their friendship could complicate the present.”
There have also been additions to the cast. Julia Tomasone and Jordan Doww will be playing Del and Colton, the teenage versions. Who is playing Evelyn Goodwin? Well that would be Devin Cecchetto.
