My Life With the Walter Boys Season 2 is premiering on Netflix this summer, and we now have an idea of what that will look like. The series, which is based on the My Life with the Walter Boys book by Ali Novak is returning to take us far beyond what the book showed us, and hopefully give us not just the answer to the love triangle cliffhanger we were left with in Season 1, but also to tell us what’s next for Jackie.
Well, and for Cole, Alex, and the rest of the Walter family.
And if the synopsis is to be believed, things have changed a lot since the last time we saw these characters. Which, in a way, makes this even more interesting. Who is Alex if he’s not the one after Jackie? Will we see a more mature Cole? And what does Jackie really want? We will find out, and so will she.

What’s happening in My Life With the Walter Boys Season 2?
Here’s the official synopsis:
After leaving Silver Falls following Alex’s love confession and her kiss with Cole, Jackie Howard spent the summer in New York City. When Katherine convinces her to return to Colorado, Jackie is determined to make amends with Alex and set boundaries with Cole while finding her place within the Walter family. But fitting back in isn’t that easy.
Alex – who changed a lot over the summer – isn’t too thrilled about Jackie’s attempts to reconnect, as he’s focused on training for a risky rodeo event (and enjoying all of the new attention he’s getting). Meanwhile, Cole takes on a new role at school, but when that doesn’t quite fill the void left by not playing football, his old ways creep back in and cause drama. As Jackie gains acceptance in Silver Falls while trying to hold onto her Howard identity, she’s forced to make a choice that could destroy everything she’s worked to rebuild.

My Life With the Walter Boys Season 2 now has a release date! The series will return to Netflix on Thursday, August 28th.
