One of the great things about the past few years is the resurrgance of Lindsay Lohan. She’s everywhere and that’s a good thing. Seeing her in movies and knowing that we’re going
Now, since April we’ve known about Lohan joining the limited series Count My Lies, and Shailene Woodley joining too? Take our time and our money because we will be watching this series.
Hulu has given a series order to Count My Lies which will star the two of them. The series official logline reads, “When compulsive liar Sloane Caraway (Woodley) fibs her way into a nanny position for the gorgeous and charismatic Violet (Lohan) and Jay Lockhart, it seems she’s finally landed her dream job. But little does Sloane know, she’s just entered a household brimming with secrets that are about to explode — with potentially catastrophic consequences for all.”
It is based off a book by the novel of the same name by Sophie Stava. Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger (This Is Us) will serve as showrunners.
This will be Lohans first time leading a television show. We’ve watched all of her movies and listened to her music. Rumors is a certified banger. Woodley has been on television leading The Secret Live of the American Teenager and also starring in Three Women, just to name two. Both Woodley and Lohan have an extensive movie career.
We’re going to be standing by for more information, like a release date.
