It’s almost time for the second season of Wizards Beyond Waverly Place.
It is the most wonderful time of the year! Fall television is right around the corner and we can’t wait. At this point, we’ve resorted to watching nostalgic television series, because nothing we want to watch is really on. That and it seems as though every time we get invested in something, it gets cancelled.
No matter how old we get though, we’ll always make time for anything in the Waverly Place universe. The Wizards of Waverly Place is an institution and a classic. The reboot (or whatever you would like to call it), Wizards Beyond Waverly Place, is heading into its second season and yes, we are watching it.
In this new season of the Disney+ show, “Billie grapples with the fact that being part of the Russo family might be more complicated than she thought — especially now that she’s not the only wizard in the house. Thanks to Roman and Milo’s new magical powers, Justin is now tasked with training three young wizards for the Family Wizard Competition. As the stakes rise inside and outside the family, a mysterious new threat emerges, one that could unravel the Russos forever.”

Wizards Beyond Waverly Place stars David Henrie as Justin Russo, Janice LeAnn Brown as Billie, Alkaio Thiele as Roman Russo, Max Matenko as Milo Russo, Taylor Cora as Winter and Mimi Gianopulos as Giada Russo. And let us not forget, Selena Gomez as Alex Russo.
Wizards Beyond Waverly Place premieres with two episodes on Friday, September 12th on Disney Channel at 7pm ET/PT. All episodes will then become available on Disney+ on Wednesday, October 8th.
