You know that we love a Mindy Kaling moment. We love tapping into her mind and her shows. And yes, we’re excited for her upcoming show, Not Suitable For Work.
The show, Not Suitable For Work, had cast its five leads. Ella Hunt (Saturday Night), Avantika (Mean Girls, The Sex Lives of College Girls), Will Angus (Prom Dates), Jack Martin (La Brea) and Nicholas Duvernay (The White Lotus). And now she’s added one more to the cast.
Jay Ellis (Insecure, Top Gun: Maverick) has been cast as a series regular. He will be playing the part of Bill Gibson. He’s a finance bro, so if he’s not wearing a Patagonia, I call BS. The character of Bill Gibson is described as, “successful investment banker who is admired for being his firm’s highest-earning managing director.”
We’re looking forward to seeing what happens with the show. Mindy Kaling created the show and executive produces. The showrunner, Charlie Grandy and 3 Arts Entertainment’s Howard Klein also executive produce.
We need to know when this show is coming out. We will be watching out.
