We’re going to file this under things that we never saw coming. Earlier today, we were just talking about how we like to be surprised, because we so rarely are. But come to find out that it would be the boys from One Direction surprising us. Well, Zayn Malik and Louis Tomlinson to be exact.
It was announced earlier this morning that the two have reunited, but it’s not for the music. The two have reunited for a U.S. road trip documentary series for Netflix.
The documentary will be directed by Nicola Marsh, who also directed Child Star for Demi Lovato. The two are expected to go on a road trip across the United States and talk about their lives, music, careers, and possibly the passing of their One Direction bandmate, Liam Payne.
The series is not expected to have their bandmates Harry Styles or Niall Horan make an appearance. We are interested to see if any celebrities will make an appearance though, if any at all.
We’re hoping we won’t have to wait too long for the series. It is expected in 2026 and we’ll definitely be excited to watch.
