Bailey and Page spoke exclusively with PEOPLE about their sweet and sexy rom-com, revealing the first look at the film, and…we love it! There are sure to be some interesting twists, especially considering the synopsis. You, Me & Tuscany follows “Anna, whose brash decision to become a squatter in an abandoned Tuscan villa owned by a man she barely knows leads to a whole new world of adventure, lies and, of course, love.”
And the character of Anna won Bailey over from the very first moment. In her words, “I was very intrigued by Anna’s storyline, by her character, by her vision and passion, and the wants and goals she has for herself. … It’s a really feel-good movie.” And Page felt something similar with her character. But the best part is that they both shared how they worked on their chemistry when filming the steamiest scenes—which we can’t wait to see.
As a fun fact, they shared that the first scene they filmed together was in a kitchen, and of course, Bailey remembered how Page handles her utensils in Bridgerton—insert gif of Simon licking his spoon here (wink, wink). So yes, Bailey is just like all of us! And, honestly, we can’t wait to find out what they have in store for us in You, Me & Tuscany. For now, we’ll enjoy the first look.
