Following the events of High Potential Season 2 Episode 8, taking the photos, promo, and synopsis as a starting point, let’s speculate about High Potential Season 2 Episode 9 ‘Under the Rug’!
In this episode, Morgan, Karadec, and the rest of the team will investigate the murder of a hitman. And yeah, we’re aware of the irony. Like… these guys have a ton of enemies! So it’s not going to be easy for them to figure out which one of them took their grudge to the extreme. Maybe a coworker?
As if that weren’t enough, the crime scene isn’t exactly… accessible. Karadec warned Morgan to wear comfortable shoes, but what are comfortable shoes to her? Exactly! Killer heels. So that’s sure to bring its own share of problems.
On another note, judging by the photos, Morgan and our favorite captain are getting a little closer. Their previous fight is water under the bridge for both of them, but we don’t like that they’re getting so close. We still don’t trust him, and call us crazy, but we think we see a dangerous spark between them. The same one Karadec seemed to see in the previous episode.
Speaking of him, that last look he gave Morgan in episode 7 has us intrigued. It felt like he was finally acknowledging to himself that he feels something very special for Morgan, so we’re dying to see how their work together will go from here.
Finally, Elliot and his dad look like they’re going to have a pretty busy day together in High Potential Season 2 Episode 9 ‘Under the Rug’ and we’re going to love seeing them; they’re super cute! That said, we’re intrigued by that bouquet we see…is it Morgan’s? Who gave it to her? Interesting…
