Chicago Med Season 11, Episode 18 ‘Things Left Unsaid’ doesn’t picks up where the last episode left off. What happened to Dr. Charles is thankfully over, and he’s out of danger. Now it’s Lenox and Ripley who are in trouble. Lenox is set on saving the kid’s leg, even if it means taking a gamble. Ripley’s not on board with that—he thinks the odds just aren’t worth it.
And honestly, this isn’t new. Ripley’s clearly fed up with Lenox always pushing for the most extreme option, no matter how risky it gets. Sometimes, prudence saves lives…and recklessness destroys them. That difference isn’t just professional—it’s starting to bleed into how they deal with each other.
Will they overcome it? Fingers crossed they will! As for everyone else, the show isn’t giving us much to work with yet. It’s still holding back when it comes to the rest of the characters. So it’s clear they want to play with intrigue…and we love it!
