After Netflix brought us gems likeTo All The Boys I’ve Loved Before and Set It Up, it’s safe to say that we’re game for any new rom-coms from the studio that is feeding our fangirl hearts. We’re especially game when it stars one of our biggest crushes.
Netflix’s latest rom-com, The Perfect Date, stars everyone’s boyfriend, Noah Centineo as the man of everyone’s dreams. Literally.
Centineo plays Brooks Rattigan, a high school student who finds himself lost in big dreams of dating the popular girl, driving the nicest car and going to an Ivy League school. In order to pay for his big Yale dreams, Brooks becomes “the perfect date” for girls who need a stand-in. Personality? You name it. Interests? You got it. It’s like a Build-A-Bear but with an even more cuddly Noah Centineo. Sign us up!
But of course, feelings inevitably make things challenging for Brooks when he starts to fall for Celia Lieberman (Laura Marano), the first girl he takes out. But Brooks soon learns that maybe the fancy car and the hot girlfriend isn’t what he wants. So exactly who does Brooks want to be?
