If there is any movie that we are looking forward to it would be The Lion King. The live action Lion King looks absolutely amazing. Disney has given us a little bit of The Lion King and Beyonce Knowles Carter as Nala.
“Simba, you have to take your place as king,” Nala tells him. “Come home.”
Not only do we get a look at Nala, we also see Simba, Scar, Rafiki, Timon and Pumbaa. There is also a glimpse of the wildebeest stampede. I seriously don’t think that you can watch this ad and not have chills all over your body. This movie looks absolutely fabulous.
Beyonce isn’t the only celebrity voice in the live-action adaptation of The Lion King. Donald Glover, James Earl Jones, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Keegan-Michael Key, Alfre Woodard, John Oliver, Seth Rogen and Timon Billy Eichner can all be heard in the movie also.
The Lion King will be in theaters on July 19.
