Who would have thought her having one song that everyone likes about Christmas would make her a Christmas institution. Not me.
If you’re looking for her to get you in the Christmas spirit, well Apple TV has a treat for you. The streaming network unveiled the key art and trailer for her December 4th special, Mariah Carey’s Magical Christmas Special.
The special will feature Tiffany Haddish, Billy Eichner, Ariana Grande, Jennifer Hudson, Snoop Dogg, Jermaine Dupri, Misty Copeland and Mykal-Michelle Harris, as well as Carey’s 9-year-old twins, Moroccan and Monroe.
If you think I am kidding about her bringing Christmas cheer, I shit you not, the special is about the world being in a holiday cheer crisis and the only person that can help is Santa’s friend, Mariah Carey.
Sounds plausible and by that I mean – Lord, help us now.
