Friends is an American institution and I can remember the day that it ended. I can remember when Rachel got off the plane.
And to be honest, I didn’t understand why she did, but I still screamed with excitement when she did. And I will forever take her side that her and Ross were not on a break.
Friends is a show that – in my opinion – can not be rebooted anytime soon. But a reunion, I have been all for. Covid-19 had delayed the reunion, but now we finally have more information.
Jennifer Aniston, Courtney Cox, Lisa Kudrow, Matt LeBlanc, Matthew Perry, and David Schwimmer return to the iconic comedy’s original soundstage, Stage 24, on the Warner Bros. Studio lot in Burbank for a real-life unscripted celebration of the beloved show.
FRIENDS: THE REUNION will feature a variety of special guests including David Beckham, Justin Bieber, BTS, James Corden, Cindy Crawford, Cara Delevingne, Lady Gaga, Elliott Gould, Kit Harington, Larry Hankin, Mindy Kaling, Thomas Lennon, Christina Pickles, Tom Selleck, James Michael Tyler, Maggie Wheeler, Reese Witherspoon and Malala Yousafzai.
The long-awaited Friends: The Reunion special on HBO Max is set for Thursday, May 27. May 27th is also the year anniversary of the launch of the platform.
