Grief is a very personal thing and choosing to be open about it can be very scary and very healing. But I am a big believer that however you choose to work on your healing, you need to do it on your own time.
And figure out the way that is best for you.
Grief doesn’t ever get easier, you just find a way to grow around your grief.
