Halsey really knows how to keep us all on our toes. A second trailer for their IMAX film, inspired by their upcoming fourth album If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power was just released. We were already excited for this movie, but the second trailer got us even more excited. The second trailer titled If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power – woman/god gave us an even longer preview of what is obviously one of the tracks on their album. Check it out below.
I don’t know, I think I love this one even more than the first trailer. The visuals are incredibly stunning, and I just keep imagining what it’s going to look like on that huge IMAX screen with that amazing sound system. I am loving the tracks that we have heard so far. Even if they are just snippets. With this latest trailer, you can really hear that signature sound that is unique to Nine Inch Nails duo Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross who we told you previously are the producers of Halsey’s album.
I am curious to know if Halsey will release a single prior to the release of their movie or if she will keep us waiting until then. I also wonder if the film will be the entire album or just a few songs. There are so many unanswered questions. Thankfully, we do have at least one really important question answered which is when and where we can finally watch this movie.
Prior to the release of Halsey’s second trailer, they dropped an official poster and the release dates with locations.
Okay, I love this poster but if I’m being honest, it creeps me out a little too. It’s to be expected though, I mean it’s Halsey and they never do anything truly light and bubbly. The tagline above the poster literally says “A disruptive album and film experience from the mind of Halsey.”
Tickets for If I Can’t Have Love, I want Power go on sale August 3rd and you better believe this girl is grabbing hers because I definitely do not want to miss out on this experience.
What are your thoughts on the second trailer for If I Can’t Have Love, I Want Power? Will you be getting tickets to see it in IMAX?
