Hey there Afternators, the day has arrived where we can finally give you our exclusive interview with After We Fell star Hero Fiennes Tiffin. This isn’t the first time Fangirlish had the chance to talk with Hero. Our first interview with him was in 2019 when After released. He was delightful to speak with then and two years later that hasn’t changed. It’s amazing how time flies and the fact that Hero has been living in Hardin’s skin for that long.
Not to sound cheesy or corny but Hero has really blossomed over the last two years. His acting career has taken off in a big way, his next project is The Woman King which stars Viola Davis and John Boyega. We are not surprised by this because he’s done a great job of bringing Hardin Scott to life over these last two years. Despite him not reading the books, Hero really did understand who Hardin is. When we interviewed him in 2019, we asked a similar question about how he approached bringing Hardin to life without the pressure of living up to exactly how he is in the books.
Check out the interview below.
It’s always a pleasure talking to Hero. Like Josephine, he gives thoughtful answers. We loved hearing him talk about how important it was to have Anna Todd on the set in the previous installments as well as what her friendship has meant to him. And of course, we loved his answer about the After fandom and what they mean to him. He really appreciates the support from the fandom especially the fact they have followed his career as he’s gone on to do other projects as well.
After We Fell is available on digital platforms today, 10/19/21.
